Good Food: Recipes

One of my favorite aspects of working with clients is showing them delicious ways to eat real whole food.  Ayurveda teaches that with food we can heal ourselves, prevent disease and alter our health.  Through the seasons what we need changes as does what is ready to harvest, when we live more in line with the seasons we can find greater health.
